Engineering Aid Australia (EAA) is a not for profit organisation that inspires and supports Indigenous High School students to become professional Engineers.

Since opening their doors in 1996 they have inspired students with a love of maths and science to study Engineering at University after completing High School.

The NDY Charitable Trust has been working alongside EAA since 2018.

A key goal for NDY and the NDY Charitable Trust is to further reconciliation with Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.

In August 2019, NDY formed a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Working Group consisting of fifteen passionate individuals across our Australian offices with the goal of drafting and implementing our first RAP.
